As a member of the Volusia Property Owners Association, I agree to uphold the
following standards:

  1. To maintain professional standards of integrity, honesty, and fairness in all
    matters with tenants and the public.
  2. To promote compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations
    pertaining to our industry.
  3. To maintain all property under my care to at least the minimum property standards
    of the appropriate governing authority.
  4. To always work within the frame work of the law and use proper procedure and
    respect when promoting change on issues of Association concern.
  5. To cooperate fully with other organizations involved in the rental housing industry.
